How much space is needed for a 360 Photo booth?
- We recommend a minimum 8’x8′ footprint for the 360 set-up. This allows room for the platform, spinning arm, Studio Lighting and easy access for attendees. Your Pearlz Enterprise account manager will review your event site to find the ideal location
How do guests get their 360 videos?
- There are several ways that guests can receive videos: (1) We provide a tablet sharing station where they can enter their phone number or email and receive a link to their video (2) We can also provide a live microsite where guests can view the entire gallery & download (3) Guests can scan a QR code that directs them to a link of their video for easy viewing and downloading to their phone
How many people fit on the 360 Platform
- We recommend 2-3 people at a time. The platform can accommodate up to 4 people but anything over that not only poses safety concerns, it also tends to result in lower quality videos.
Can the 360 Photo Booth be set up outdoors?
- Yes, it sure can! As long as the space meets the following conditions: level and solid surface, protected from the elements and direct sunlight. And like all outdoor events, the temperature needs to be between 60-85 F, to keep our equipment safe and your attendees comfortable. The best part is that the 360 equipment is battery powered and wireless, so there’s no power required.
What's the duration of the 360 videos?
- Final videos are about 20-30 seconds long. This includes forward / reverse and slow motion effects. We’ve found this to be the ideal length in terms of file size and processing time. If you have other needs, we can customize the video duration each event.
What types of events is the 360 Photo Booth best suited for?
- The 360 Photo Booth Experience is great for University Events, Fundraisers, Corporate Events, Marketing Events, Grand Openings, Weddings and even extra special like Birthday Parties.
Can we add our custom logos or graphics to the videos?
- Absolutely! Our creative design team will create custom overlay graphics just for your event. This can include event specific branding, animations, and even an intro / outro.
Can we have custom audio in the 360 videos?
- Yes! We can add your custom audio or we can suggest music that will fit your event. Keep in mind, due to copyright laws the music must be license free or you must own the license to use the music. Another great feature is that we can add several tracks which will be randomized. That way there is some variation to the audio.
How long does it take for the 360 equipment to be set up?
- Once we get the equipment to your site, it takes less than 1 hour to fully set up and test the equipment. Transportation, Set-up & Tear-Down is always included in our 360 Experience Packages.
What about a backdrop?
- Backdrops are optional for the 360 Experience. Very often, the venue or the event itself is a great backdrop. It can be a terrific way to capture the feel & atmosphere of your event. Your Pearlz Enterprise Account manager will work with you on curating all the elements for the ideal 360 Experience
